Experience Puglia with Us
Two ways to discover the real Puglia — stay at our farmstay, or join us on a curated culinary tour through the region's most beautiful places.
Whether you're staying at our farm in Carovigno, or traveling with us through medieval hill towns, olive groves, and coastal villages, you'll experience Puglia the way we do: through the people who grow the food, make the wine, and keep the traditions alive.
Two ways to visit:
- • Masseria Pietra e Terra — Our agritourism farmstay opening in 2026
- • Curated Culinary Tours — Week-long journeys through Puglia's food, wine, and culture
Both are rooted in the same belief: the best way to know a place is through its table.

Pathway 1
Masseria Pietra e Terra
Travelers who want to slow down, stay in one place, and live the rhythm of the farm
Wake up to olive groves. Harvest vegetables for lunch. Cook with us in the kitchen. Explore nearby towns. Return to the farm for dinner under the stars. This is slow luxury — not a hotel, but a home.
Opening: 2026
Location: Carovigno, Alto Salento
Capacity: 4 rooms, max 8 guests
Pathway 2
Curated Culinary Tours
Travelers who want to see Puglia through the eyes of someone who grew up here
Week-long journeys led by Michele through medieval hill towns, coastal villages, olive mills, winemakers, cheesemakers, pasta makers, and UNESCO World Heritage sites. This is Puglia beyond the guidebook.
Seasons: Spring & Fall
Group Size: 6-8 guests
Duration: 7 days, 6 nights
Stay at Our Farm
In 2026, we're opening our farm to guests. Four rooms. Maximum eight people. A working farm in the countryside of Alto Salento, 20 minutes from the Adriatic coast, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and vegetable gardens.
This is not a hotel. It's a farmstay — a place to cook, harvest, eat, and live the rhythm of the land.
The Experience
You wake up to the quiet of the countryside. Coffee on the terrace. The day unfolds slowly.
Maybe you walk through the vineyard with Michele. Maybe you help harvest vegetables for lunch. Maybe you drive to a nearby town — Ostuni, Carovigno, San Vito dei Normanni — and return for dinner at the farm.
Meals are farm-to-table. Vegetables from the garden. Olive oil from our trees. Wine from our vineyard. Everything cooked simply, the way we eat at home.
This is Puglia at its most honest — no performance, no pretense. Just good food, good company, and the quiet beauty of the land.
Travel Through Puglia with Us
Since 2014, we've been leading small groups through Puglia — not as tour guides, but as storytellers. These are week-long journeys through the people, places, and traditions that define this region.
Farm-Stay Tour: Food, Wine & Culture

You'll explore UNESCO sites (Castel del Monte, Matera), coastal villages (Peschici, Trani), and medieval hill towns (Pietramontecorvino, Lucera, Troia). You'll meet Slow Food Presidia producers — Gargano Podolica cheesemakers, Altamura bread bakers.

Why We Do It This Way
Why Small Groups
We keep groups to 6-8 people because that's how many can fit around a family table. These aren't bus tours. You're not a crowd. You're guests.
Why Spring & Fall
These are the seasons when Puglia is at its most beautiful — and when we're not overwhelmed by August tourism. Spring brings wildflowers. Fall brings harvest.
Why Michele Leads
Michele grew up in Pietramontecorvino. He handpicked olives with his grandfather. He learned to cook from his mamma. You're not following a guidebook — you're traveling with someone who calls these producers by their first names.
