You don’t book a seat. You book a journey.
The Supper Club begins before the first course arrives. A table set with intention. Olive oil pressed from our own trees. Wines from our vineyard, or from producers we’ve personally known for years. Bread still warm, passed by hand.
There are only a few places at the table. Twenty, perhaps thirty. Never more.
The menu is not announced all at once. It reveals itself slowly, a progression shaped by season and memory. A dish that speaks of late-summer tomatoes. Another that carries the depth of November olives. Susumaniello poured as we make it, not as you’ve tasted it before.
Some evenings Michele cooks. Some evenings a guest chef joins us. It’s always someone who shares our philosophy: respect for the land, seasonality, restraint, and depth over spectacle.
You find yourself in conversation about harvest, about tradition, about why certain flavors belong together. The room softens while time stretches.
By the end of the night, you haven’t just eaten well. You’ve stepped into our world.
