We imagined a way for you to slip into the atmosphere of our farm long before you ever set foot in Puglia — the unhurried meals, the seasonal dishes passed from hand to hand, the easy conversations that stretch into the night. A chance to feel the rhythm of our table, without waiting for a plane ticket or a calendar date.
So we created Supper Club.
For one evening, we recreate the rhythm of our farm in Carovigno: long tables, seasonal cooking, generous pours. The food, the wine and the warmth. The feeling of being welcomed into a home rather than seated in a restaurant.
What Makes It Different
It’s not a restaurant.
There is no permanent address. We appear where our community gathers — London, New York, Los Angeles, Miami. Each dinner happens once. Then it’s gone.
It follows the seasons.
The menu changes every time, shaped by what Puglia offers. Spring brings fava beans and artichokes. Autumn brings grapes and chestnuts. Winter leans into bitter greens and careful preserves.
It’s a true gathering.
You join a table of people who care about origin, craft, and the story behind what’s poured into their glass.
It remains intentionally small.
Twenty to thirty guests. Enough to spark conversation. Few enough to know every face by the end of the night.
